Since 2016, The Health Humanities Journal of UNC-Chapel Hill’s student staff has had to be more than an exacting, insightful editorial team. A journal doesn’t run on talent alone; in addition to sourcing submissions, our staff has sourced funding from charitable institutions and individuals on and off campus. Thanks to the unwavering support of these health humanities advocates, we are able to print and share our journal throughout our communities at zero cost. Additionally, this generosity supports the annual $100 Walker Percy Prize, founded and historically funded by Dr. Vincent Kopp.

If you’d like to join their ranks and demonstrate your support for the Health Humanities Journal’s mission via a financial contribution, use this link: https://give.unc.edu/donate?f=105217&p=aasf.

We are eternally grateful to our sponsors, supporters, staff, authors, and readers. Thank you all for making this publication possible!
